Job summary

TravelCenters of America seeks a Manager of Technical Solution Consultants to lead the Professional Services group and drive deployment using the Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM). The role is customer-facing and guides the TSC team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

You will mentor consultants, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and deployment standards while balancing client needs and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project environments implementing enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in supporting manufacturing software.
• 5+ years of experience working with and implementing enterprise-class software solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team of professional consultants in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Technical Solution Consultants in Professional Services.
• Partners with leaders to improve delivery processes and collaboration.
• Guides and supports technical activities with internal and external teams.
• Ensures project deliverables meet SIM standards and objectives.
• Communicates delivery standards, procedures, and deployment objectives.
• Develops recruitment, induction, development, and onboarding systems.
• Advances deployment processes using SIM and innovative techniques.
• Plans resource utilization and coordinates with Resource Manager.
• Ensures team alignment with corporate objectives and metrics.
• Conducts performance reviews and supports professional growth.
• Maintains positive client relationships while balancing team needs.
• Engages in a management consulting role to lead substantial change initiatives.
• Delivers TSC activities to clients up to 40% of daily functions.
• Demonstrates deep understanding of Solumina architecture across sites.
