Job summary

enGen in New York is seeking a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions on a hybrid model near the corporate office. You will review high-level visions, elicit requirements, and manage changes across the project lifecycle while aligning with product, architecture, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities include defining processes, designing complex systems, and ensuring traceability to higher-level requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
Preferred experience building Customer Service platform, Pega and Healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation to define or design business processes and enabling technologies.
Specify and design large or complex systems, select design standards and ensure integration.
Clarify and communicate functional and non-functional requirements of system users.
Identify, lead improvement programs, and measure business benefits.
Ensure resolution of architecture and business problems across teams.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendor teams.
