Job summary

Tag is seeking a Business Process Lead in Michigan to drive discovery, define workable processes for Channel Activation, and translate customer and internal needs into concrete business requirements and data rules.

You will partner with the Implementation Project Manager and collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Technology and change teams to ensure timely readiness and successful handoffs across briefing, catalog, pricing, ordering, production and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in business process analysis, operations or management consulting.
• Experience in complex B2B services, marketing operations, sourcing, procurement, production or fulfillment.
• Translating workshops into clear current- and future-state maps, rules and acceptance criteria.
• Lifecycle understanding of catalogs, item data, pricing, orders, fulfillment, reporting and ERP handoffs.
• Ability to define data fields, ownership and validation rules with technical teams.
• Experience with business UAT, operational procedures, training input and organizational change.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills; align stakeholders with different priorities.
• Drive team alignment on future process, exceptions and data rules before build/testing decisions.
• Experience in beauty, fashion or CPG is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions; facilitate workshops with customer-facing and delivery teams.
• Map future-state processes and handoffs across cataloging, pricing, ordering, production and fulfillment.
• Define business requirements; document roles, rules, exception paths and acceptance criteria.
• Specify data needs and validation rules; work with operations to obtain data for implementation.
• Maintain traceability from business need to acceptance scenarios; route decisions through management.
• Develop UAT scenarios and validate outcomes with process owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare teams to operate by producing process maps, procedures and training content.
• Support handover by resolving gaps during stabilization and handing over to operations and service owners.
