Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Extensive experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and leadership products.
• Experience supporting governance, action management, and administrative functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate meetings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and governance procedures.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, governance documents, and reference materials.
• Create executive-level briefings, dashboards, reports, and leadership talking points.
• Coordinate weekly organizational highlights and leadership-approved communications.
• Support newsletters and internal communications for organizational initiatives.
• Attend meetings, document decisions and action items, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Support action management, including tracking deadlines and stakeholder inputs.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and off-site events.
