Job summary

Modular Power Solutions seeks a Lead, Business Process to analyze and improve workflows, driving operational efficiency and standardization across the organization. You’ll partner with multiple departments to gather requirements and design solutions that automate processes and optimize labor and material planning.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, support system implementations, and develop dashboards and metrics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects or workstreams to support efficiency and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, root causes, and implement solutions.
• Clear communication to all levels of the organization in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for system design.
• Support implementation of new systems, including configuration and data migration.
• Develop test plans and document defects to ensure system quality.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for business systems.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making using Power BI.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support analytics roadmap and ensure data accuracy and consistency across outputs.
