Job summary

Superhuman is hiring a Business Operations Lead based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a dynamic hybrid role. You will partner with EPDM leadership to translate strategy into clear priorities, decisions, and execution plans across a multi-product BU.

You'll drive planning rhythms, governance, and cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with RTM teams and other BUs to accelerate launches and performance. This role demands independent ownership and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong track record partnering with senior leaders across EPDM, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data.
• Proven skill building operating cadences, governance models, planning rhythms, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multi-product organization.
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact initiatives independently, using data-informed judgment.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into clear priorities, decisions, and execution plans with the BU leadership.
• Plan, review, and track performance tied to company-wide planning cycles.
• Own cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Build operating rhythms, governance, and documentation for ongoing readiness.
• Represent leaders in forums, meetings, and escalations as a trusted delegate.
• Coordinate with other BUs and RTM teams to maximize impact.
• Facilitate information flow for fast, informed decisions in a multi-product environment.
• Drive readiness for new products, integrations, and launches across the BU and RTM partners.
• Own initiatives day-to-day while collaborating with Strategy & Operations for support.
