Qualifications

• Experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution in complex go-to-market or enterprise growth environments.
• Strong track record partnering with senior leaders across EPDM, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data to align priorities and turn strategy into execution.
• Proven skill building operating cadences, governance models, planning rhythms, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multi-product organization, acting as a connective operator across teams and business units.
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact initiatives independently, using data-informed judgment to drive readiness, launches, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into clear priorities, decisions, and execution plans with BU leadership.
• Run team-level planning, goals, business reviews, and performance tracking connected to company-wide planning cycles.
• Own cross-functional initiatives to ensure accountability and momentum.
• Build rhythms, cadences, documentation, and tooling for repeatable operating infra.
• Represent leaders in forums and escalation paths as trusted delegates.
• Collaborate with other BUs and RTM teams to maximize impact.
• Facilitate fast, informed decision-making in a matrixed environment.
• Coordinate readiness for new products, integrations, and launches.
• Drive day-to-day initiatives while partnering with Strategy & Ops for support.
