Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to lead high-priority initiatives and executive programs from San Francisco. You will structure ambiguous opportunities, develop recommendations, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with executives, customers, and teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to scale programs and improve operational rhythms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in program coordination, executive events, events coordination, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of strong project management skills with ability to scope, execute and report on projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CRM or briefing management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead executive briefing and event programs from conception through delivery and post-event evaluation.
• Own cross-functional strategic events and programs, aligning objectives, budgets, and success metrics.
• Support business development initiatives through research, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and operating rhythms to improve visibility and execution.
