Responsibilities

• Support B2B CARE Department operations and planning.
• Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates.
• Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction.
• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting preparation (Supporting role) for senior leadership and Global HQ office.
• Developing and improving B2B service processes in line with customer expectations.
• Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for the team's targets.
• Day-to-day operational support.
