Job summary

You will drive promotions, budgeting, and vendor coordination, delivering regular insights and actionable recommendations across teams. Advanced Excel and e-commerce catalog experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or category management required.
• Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, able to communicate with internal and external parties at all levels.
• E-commerce platform and catalog management required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with numbers, financials, P&L, and various datasets.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, data stitching, and mathematical analysis.
• Strong understanding of current technologies and systems that support the digital ecosystem.
• Strong project or program management experience with documentation, tracking, and details.
• Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results.
• Strong customer-centric focus and ability to anticipate and react to user needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Business planning and analysis of performance, targets, and gap closure plans.
• Promotion planning informed by data; maintain promotional calendar documentation.
• Cost analysis and ensuring promotions stay within budgets.
• Manage and work with vendors related to promotions and related projects.
• Review and approve documentation of business processes.
• Support B2B eCommerce sales agents with deal structures for negotiations.
• P&L analysis of all promotion and deal planning to drive profitability.
• Active reporting and insights to drive optimization during promotions and wrap-up analysis.
• Drive merchandising strategy and customer experience for promotions with cross-functional coordination.
• Work with inventory to align promotion planning and merchandising activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new operational solutions.
• Work in operational tools to set up promotions and other activities.
• Support daily operations with product, engineering, customer service, fulfillment teams.
