Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: 45.00hr
Schedule: Regular Business Hours | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Summary: The B2B CARE Business Operations Analyst is responsible for carrying out many of the organization's operations functions, including customer VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.
