Hearst Television’s WDSU in New Orleans, LA seeks a Business Manager to lead finance, HR, and payroll operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with the regional finance team on monthly closings, forecasts, and annual budgets while supporting employees and managing HR activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance with HR experience, proficiency in Oracle HCM, and strong communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support employees and manage core HR activities.
• Partner with regional finance on monthly closings, forecasts and annual budgets.
• Communicate financial results and provide analytical insights.
• Provide tools and communication to assist Department Heads with expense management.
• Serve as liaison between the station and regional accounting team.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting of revenues and operating expenses.
• Process and reconcile payroll using ADP.
