Hearst Television’s KCRA 3/My58 in Sacramento seeks a Business Manager combining finance and HR leadership. You will partner with the regional finance team on closings, forecasts, and budgeting while supporting HR activities and employee relations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and in-person attendance. You will report to the President and General Manager and play a pivotal role across departments, guiding expense management, payroll, and HR processes in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• HR experience required; PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus
• Payroll experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Oracle (HCM & EPBCS), Wide Orbit, and ADP

Responsabilités

• Manage general business functions and communicate financial results
• Provide HR support and manage onboarding/offboarding
• Support payroll processing and reconciliation through ADP
• Coordinate with regional accounting on closings, forecasts and budget
• Oversee accounts payable, expenses, contracts and tax reporting
• Oversee asset management and inventory processes
