Hearst Television in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Business Manager to lead finance and HR functions. The role reports to the President and General Manager and blends accounting with human resources management in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires in-person attendance and collaboration with regional finance. You’ll manage payroll, HR programs, and facilities-related duties while driving strong financial performance and organizational coordination.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Payroll experience is strongly preferred.
• HR experience required; PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and communicate financial results.
• Forecasting and budgeting of revenues and operating expenses.
• Manage payroll review, processing, and reconciliation through ADP.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes; administer leave and workers' compensation programs.
• Support employee benefits administration and labor relations under union agreements.
• Maintain asset management, accounts payable & expenses, and real estate reporting.
