Job summary

NEW ORLEANS HEARST TELEVISION INC in New Orleans seeks a Business Manager who blends finance and HR leadership. You will partner with the regional finance team on closings, forecasts and budgets, while managing HR activities and benefits, reporting to the President and GM.

The role requires in-person presence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance with HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Oracle HCM, ADP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Previous HR experience required; HR certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities and employee relations across the organization.
• Partner with regional finance on closings, forecasts and budgets.
• Communicate financial results and provide recommendations.
• Manage Oracle HCM data and payroll processes (ADP).
• Oversee onboarding, leaves, benefits, and labor relations under union agreements.
