Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in design, staff management, and business development.
• Proven ability to develop profitable engineering opportunities and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and identify opportunities with clients.
• Lead staff and manage projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Grow client relationships and expand market presence in geographic areas.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams to position Bartlett & West for success.
• Mentor and develop junior staff as needed.
