Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of business development staffing experience.
• Experience selling Accounting, Finance, HR/Admin staffing solutions.
• Proven success in generating net-new business and building client relationships from prospecting through close.
• Track record of quota attainment and revenue production in hunter roles.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business development within Accounting, Finance, and HR/Admin sectors.
• Develop a territory growth strategy for logos, market penetration, and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Own the full consultative sales process from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with delivery team to align talent solutions with client needs.
• Sustain a disciplined pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Operate with autonomy and entrepreneurial ownership.
