The Planet Group is a leading staffing and advisory firm delivering strategic talent solutions across technology, engineering, accounting & finance, digital marketing, and manufacturing. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Accounting, Finance, and HR/Admin practice nationally, identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1–2+ years in business development staffing.
- Experience selling Accounting, Finance, HR/Admin staffing.
- Proven net-new client acquisition and quota attainment.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying and securing client partnerships.
- Develop territory growth focused on logo acquisition and revenue.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and executives at all levels.
- Lead the full consultative sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Coordinate with delivery to align talent with client needs.
- Leverage networking, referrals, and market research to grow opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to advise clients.
- Collaborate with other teams on cross-selling.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline to meet targets.
- Operate with autonomy and entrepreneurial ownership.
