Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Missouri seeks a Business Development Manager to spearhead acquisition and management of high-value staffing deals across larger territories. You will build enduring client relationships, analyze market opportunities, and deliver tailored staffing solutions to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with delivery teams to align resources with client needs, attend events, and promote ManpowerGroup services.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in a solution-based role with a track record of meeting ambitious goals.
• Comfort with presenting and negotiating with clients at multiple levels (production to C‑Suite).
• Knowledge of staffing industry or recruitment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value client opportunities across multi-location accounts.
• Build strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations; negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
