Associa is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Atlantic Coast Region. You will identify new opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic solutions that align with client needs.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, client retention, and strong cross-functional teamwork to advance Associa’s market presence and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of directly related or closely related business development, sales, account management, or community management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, generate new business, and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and develop referral sources to establish long-term relationships.
• Generate new business prospects through strategic initiatives for targeted markets.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth.
