Associa, a leader in community association management, seeks a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth, expand markets, and collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads and close deals.

You will own the territory, represent the company at industry events, and travel 25–40% while maintaining urgency and integrity to exceed targets. This role requires exceptional planning and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industry.
• Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development.
• Experience in community association management or HOA vendor services preferred.
• Excellent planning, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives for long-term growth.
• Lead high-impact client acquisition in competitive markets.
• Identify and engage decision makers including HOA Boards and developers.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to generate leads and close deals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and navigate negotiations.
• Maintain CRM excellence (Salesforce) and nurture leads precisely.
• Build and leverage relationships within the community association ecosystem.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
