Job summary

Associa in Tucson seeks a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth, expand markets, and collaborate with senior leadership to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.

This role requires exceptional planning, communication, and business development skills, with accountability for the face of the business at industry conferences, client meetings, and events. Travel 25–40% is expected. You will mentor teams and shape the regional sales agenda.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industry.
  • Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development.
  • Background in community association management, HOA vendor services, or related industries strongly preferred.

We’re seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth, lead market expansion, and collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets. This role demands exceptional planning, communication, and business development skills and a commitment that goes far beyond a 9-to-5. You’ll represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and business development events - often requiring travel and overnight stays, while operating with urgency, integrity, and strategic foresight. What You’ll Own:

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing territories
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Requirements
What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industry
  • Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development
  • Background in community association management, HOA vendor services, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfort with travel, evening events, and the hustle that comes with elite performance
Additional Requirements
  • Attend both internal and external business development meetings and / or events, which may include but is not limited to; industry conferences and meetings and company hosted business development events
  • Possess excellent grammar,spellingand proofreading skills
  • Demonstrate good common sense, sound judgment, and a high ethical bar.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
  • Collaborates closely with local branch leadership and marketing to align regional and national sales objectives.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel may be required (approximately 25-40%).
Working Conditions
  • Typical office environment with frequent social and client interaction.
