Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable segments within Packaging & Specialty Plastics. Preferred location is Houston, TX, with consideration for Midland, MI or US-based virtual office.

You will collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to create demand, develop value propositions, and accelerate growth in targeted markets. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification, and development of new opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Supply Chain.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning for growth projects.
• Drive new customer acquisition and market expansion.
