MEI is seeking a Business Development professional in Farmington, CT, to work with executive leadership on strategic revenue plans and market expansion. The role focuses on strengthening MEI Industrial Solution relationships across pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial and construction sectors, driving bids, pricing and project wins.

You will manage leads, coordinate bids, analyze markets, and collaborate with operations and estimating teams to ensure successful execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in project or construction management or related degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ proven sales experience with large corporations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and CRM software.
• Strong numerical data analysis abilities and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively contact and manage leads and prospect lists.
• Coordinate job walks and assist with customer bids/estimates.
• Organize and track multiple large project opportunities from funding to close.
• Coordinate with operations and estimating teams for execution and bidding.
• Develop relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams; travel as needed for meetings.
• Participate in sales meetings and maintain area records.
