• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in project or construction management or related field a plus.

• Actively contact and manage leads and prospect lists.
• Coordinate site visits and assist with bids/estimates to price projects.
• Organize and track multiple large project opportunities from funding to close.
• Coordinate with operations for execution and with estimators on bids.
• Build relationships with existing and new clients and partners.
• Travel locally for client prospecting and site meetings.
