Allient Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive GTM strategy and manage the product roadmap for motion control and related technologies. The role requires leadership across engineering, R&D, and sales to deliver new products from concept to launch.

Travel about 50% and a strong background in motion control is preferred. The position may involve some remote work and will support both domestic and global growth initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in motion control products, systems, and technology
• Defense industry knowledge and procurement familiarity preferred
• Located near a major airport in the Northeast; ability to travel ~50% of time
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office; US work authorization without sponsorship required

Responsabilidades

• Develop GTM strategy and manage execution across direct and indirect channels
• Define product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and deliver in 90 days
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to market launch and align with domestic/global growth
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and sales to define specs and features
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Create business cases and ROI analyses for new product initiatives
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and compelling product messaging
