Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; technical preference.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in motion control products, systems and technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Located near a Northeast airport with proximity to Buffalo–Watertown corridor.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop Go-To-Market strategy and manage execution across direct, indirect, and cross-functional teams.
• Define products and develop a 90-day roadmap based on GTM strategy.
• Define and execute product roadmap and marketing strategy for Watertown unit.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and sales to define specs and features.
• Realize opportunities through market research and ROI analyses.
