Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of the Main Line is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Philadelphia-area referral network and capture new commercial opportunities. This hands-on, relationship-driven role reports to ownership and focuses on strategic partnerships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, and commercial property owners.

• 3+ years in outside B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to build relationships and win new business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop referral partnerships with Philadelphia-area professionals.
• Meet with plumbers, property managers, insurance pros, contractors, and commercial clients.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts: apartments, offices, HOAs, senior living facilities, and other properties.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Position Lightspeed Restoration as a trusted emergency restoration resource.
• Maintain regular communication and ensure exceptional service for partners.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track activities in the CRM and manage revenue targets.
