Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of the Main Line is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive referral partnerships across the Philadelphia area. You will develop, manage, and expand networks with plumbers, property managers, insurers, contractors, and commercial clients to generate qualified opportunities and revenue.

This hands-on, relationship-driven role emphasizes field-based activities, meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships and generating new business.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation until eligible for a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
• Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and commercial facility managers.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts, including apartment communities, office buildings, HOAs, senior living facilities, and other managed properties.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking events.
• Establish Lightspeed Restoration as a trusted, go-to resource for emergency restoration services.
• Maintain regular communication with referral partners and ensure they receive exceptional service.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales activities, relationships, and opportunities using our CRM.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Represent Lightspeed Restoration at community events and professional networking functions.
