Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of the Main Line in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our network of referral partners and drive new business opportunities in water damage restoration and related services.

This hands-on, relationship-driven role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commissions and a target total compensation of $100,000–$125,000+, with quarterly bonuses and a company vehicle after achieving revenue milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships and generating new business.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation until eligible for a company vehicle.
• Preferred familiarity with restoration, construction, plumbing, HVAC, insurance, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
• Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and commercial facility managers.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts, including apartment communities, office buildings, HOAs, senior living facilities, and other managed properties.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking events.
• Establish Lightspeed Restoration as a trusted, go-to resource for emergency restoration services.
• Maintain regular communication with referral partners and ensure they receive exceptional service.
• Collaborate with our operations team to deliver a seamless experience for customers.
• Track sales activities, relationships, and opportunities using our CRM.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve targets.
• Represent Lightspeed Restoration at community events, associations, and networking functions.
