Lightspeed Restoration of the Main Line, a restoration company serving the Philadelphia Main Line and surrounding suburbs, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager. You will cultivate referral networks with plumbers, property managers, insurers, and contractors, and you will drive new commercial business through meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and pipeline management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with referral partners in the greater Philadelphia area.
• Build relationships with plumbers, insurers, property managers, contractors, and commercial facilities.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts including apartments, offices, HOAs, senior living facilities.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, networking events.
• Establish Lightspeed Restoration as a trusted resource for emergency restoration services.
• Maintain regular communication with referral partners and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales activities, relationships, and opportunities using the CRM.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to meet revenue targets.
• Represent Lightspeed Restoration at community events and associations.
• Leverage existing relationships to hit the ground running.
