Lightspeed Restoration of the Main Line is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our network of referral partners and expand opportunities across the Philadelphia area. You will work directly with ownership to cultivate relationships with plumbers, insurers, property managers, and commercial clients.

The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through strategic territory management.

Qualifications

• Existing professional relationships are a significant advantage.
• Experience in restoration or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with referral partners in the Philadelphia area.
• Develop partnerships with plumbers, property managers, insurers, contractors, and commercial property owners.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts including apartments, offices, HOAs and senior living facilities.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote Lightspeed Restoration.
