You will deliver tailored financial solutions, build strong client relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and risk controls.

You will engage clients through in-person visits, promote cash management and credit products, and collaborate with wealth, lending, and branch teams to meet clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of core business products and services and how business needs vary by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and elevate or handle independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits and cash management, and manage credit opportunities up to ~$500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and an outstanding experience to Chase business clients.
• Promote profitable solutions aligned with client needs and risk management.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their business locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support branches and maintain risk-management compliance.
