Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking BRM role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Able to escalate or handle issues independently when needed.
• Balances priorities to achieve business objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; provide deposits and cash management and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to promote profitable solutions
• Regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients for long-term banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists
• Support branches and follow sound risk management and regulatory requirements
