Responsibilities

• Develop new banking relationships with business prospects and service existing clients.
• Collaborate with branch partners to maximize sales efforts and cross-sell products.
• Evaluate loan requests and negotiate with underwriters to balance revenue and risk.
• Meet sales targets for revenue, loan production and deposit balances.
• Manage loan portfolios and oversee 15–40 relationship-managed clients.
• Participate in business banking and retail sales sprints and community activities.
