Job summary

Mountain West Bank in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Specialist to support new client acquisition, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management for business customers.

You will provide subject matter expertise in depository and treasury management products, collaborate with our Business Banking and Treasury teams, and work to expand client relationships through thoughtful service and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of banking or related business development experience.
• Ability to onboard clients and support product implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of treasury management products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow business banking relationships through acquisition, retention and expansion.
• Onboard business banking clients and ensure exceptional service during sales/onboarding.
• Assist with opening depository accounts and initial setup of banking products.
• Work with treasury support on treasury services implementation.
• Prepare treasury management proposals and pricing analyses.
• Cross-sell deposits, payment cards, and treasury services.
• Maintain client communication and timely responses.
• Adhere to bank policies and compliance requirements.
• Attend bank and community events as needed.
