Responsibilities

• Ensures written correspondence is grammatically accurate.
• Performs routine account maintenance and changes.
• Educates on bank products and cross-sells where appropriate.
• Orders ATM/Debit cards and reissues replacements.
• Resets online banking passwords and unlocks users.
• Prepares ACH and Debit Card disputes.
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws and identifies customers.
• Maintains confidentiality in handling customer information.
