Job summary

Mountain West Bank in Idaho is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist, 20 to 25 hours per week, located in Coeur d'Alene or Meridian. You will deliver best-in-class service to customers, branches, and departments, and provide technical support for online and mobile banking products.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and actively promotes the bank's core beliefs, core values, and customer service standards, collectively known as Our Compass.
• Supports our community through department fundraising activities or volunteering during bank sponsored events.
• Provides exceptional customer service while displaying genuine enthusiasm, empathy, and compassion; adheres to customer service standards.
• Assists customers with questions regarding personal finances, products offered, features and benefits, and routine questions while keeping information confidential.
• Ensures written customer correspondence is grammatically accurate and professional.
• Becomes educated on all bank products to provide excellent service and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Orders new ATM/Debit cards and reissues replacement cards upon request.
• Resets passwords and unlocks online banking users.
• Prepares and submits ACH and Debit Card disputes.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, including identifying customers.
• Complies with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
