Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
• Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
• Knowledge of bank products and services to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
