Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
• Four years of related experience accepted with HS diploma.
• Experience in business/system analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an intermediary between the team and the assigned line of business
• Support more senior positions with advocacy for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle
• Perform basic to intermediate analysis and identify core business issues and possible solutions
• Develop business cases defining the need, method, and benefits of proposed solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to refine solution design, methods, and outcomes
• Monitor progress against requirements
• Collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve issues before rollout
• Monitor user interaction with solutions during implementation and recommend modifications
• Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules, regulations, and cybersecurity practices
• Identify and support process improvements and apply disciplined change management practices
