Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Business Architect to drive the strategic direction of our systems, processes, and procedures. You will lead research, design, and documentation of requirements and designs, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver across all delivery phases.

You will analyze needs, create process flows, and maintain system documentation while shaping the Engage product backlog and prioritizing features and epics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Pega BA Certification preferred.
• MS Office Suite and Visio proficiency.
• Pega Cloud Systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of the organization's systems, processes, and procedures.
• Lead research, design, documentation, and modification of requirements and designs.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and proposed solutions align with organizational strategy.
• Partner with business and technical teams to develop deliverables across all delivery phases.
• Identify and define requirements, process flows, and use cases through user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Support maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and elaboration of stories, features, and epics.
• Analyze and identify needs for new processes and procedures.
• Drive process improvement implementation based on analysis.
• Research and identify standard methodologies and communicate policies and procedures to business teams and teammates.
• Participate in design and solutioning sessions to align platform capabilities with business requirements and value realization.
• Perform other assigned duties.
