Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with proven ability to lead complex projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Expertise in system analysis methodologies, including data modeling, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manual testing experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting API integrations, including request/response structures, parameter fields, POST operations, and error responses.
• Ability to translate business requirements into API specifications and validate data mappings.
• Understanding of Agile principles.
• Experience with user story creation and backlog management.
• Functional requirements gathering.
• Data analysis experience.
• SQL and MySQL.
• Gap analysis.
• UI/API/DB knowledge and understanding of how components interrelate.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• University/college degree typically required; comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and production specifications for changes to technology applications.
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
