Job summary

North Island Credit Union is seeking a Business Analyst in California to collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. You will enhance applications, streamline operations, and drive process improvements, acting as a liaison during software deployments and coordinating work requests across IT, BI, analytics, and other units.

The role focuses on improving member service quality by understanding operations, conducting workflow reviews, and prioritizing enhancements for efficient credit

Responsibilities

• Elicit high-level requirements from business unit leaders.
• Document and validate business requirements.
• Coordinate and triage incoming IT work requests across departments.
• Lead design reviews and communicate system designs.
• Translate requirements into RFPs and lead software search.
• Act as Project Manager for small and mid-sized projects.
• Plan and lead testing and validation for releases and upgrades.
• Provide end-to-end workflow analyses.
