Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, responsible for complex systems administration and data reporting within the BU
• Design, develop, test, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance business systems and reports
• Act as SME and liaison among stakeholders to translate needs into functional specs
• Prepare end-user release notes and system documentation
• Support system rollouts, testing, and migrations, coordinating with IT and business users
