Job summary

The role operates with cross-functional teams, defines metrics, assesses impacts, and supports execution of initiatives while mentoring peers to ensure quality and consistency in analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex, ambiguous situations.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.
• Excellent communication and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with mergers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates business processes, workflows, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyzes complex data sets to support decision-making and prioritization.
• Defines, tracks, and interprets performance metrics and target outcomes.
• Partners with project and program teams to assess impacts to scope, timelines, costs, and resources.
• Independently leads analysis efforts for cross-functional initiatives.
• Applies judgment to interpret policies and adapt them to evolving business needs.
• Identifies root causes of operational challenges and develops actionable recommendations.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
• Supports implementation by monitoring outcomes and adjusting as needed.
• Mentors or guides peers to ensure consistency in analytical practices.
