Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate complex business needs into technology solutions. You will lead Agile initiatives, manage enterprise-wide software from requirements to support, and partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and system functionality.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver high-quality results and drive operational efficiency within a member-owned cooperative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required.
• 7+ years experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure DevOps strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting business needs and technical processes.
• Drives joint business/IT requirements discussions and stakeholder reviews for effective solution design.
• Provides high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders and resolves functional gaps.
• Collaborates with product owners to create product backlog using Agile practices and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Supports implementation of complex projects as technical SME from initiation to completion; includes training and project support.
