Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Special Projects Subject Matter Expert to support DoD program budgets in the Washington, DC area. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of federal budgeting/financial analysis. You will manage funding execution, prepare reports for Congress, and coordinate PPBE activities with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10 years performing analyses in finance and accounting functions including Budget Formulation, Execution, and Tracking.
• 10 years using federal financial/accounting systems with strong record keeping and reporting.
• 2 years working in SAP environment.
• 4-year degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government PEM with budget analysis and funding execution support.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and tracking of program funding and expenditures.
• Support PPBE processes and prepare Congressional reports and annual reports to Congress.
• Draft, track, and analyze monthly reports and reconciliations for assigned programs.
• Document procedures and train others on resolving complex budget matters.
