Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; four additional years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• Four or more years' experience with Department of War and/or Intelligence Budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial liaison for a program/portfolio and provide budget advice and execution support.
• Monitor day-to-day budget issues, ensuring compliance with security classification guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate program review data for planning, programming, and execution.
