Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior PPBE Consultant in Washington, DC, to lead planning, programming, budgeting, and execution activities for Special Access Programs. You will provide senior client support on SAP budgets, resource allocation, and decision briefs, ensuring data accuracy and governance alignment.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in DoD budgeting, including PPBE, plus 4+ years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD Budget experience including PPBE.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPBE support activities across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution phases.
• Support SAP resource allocation, prioritization, and budget execution documentation.
• Prepare briefs and documentation for POM, PBR, and PB processes for senior decision makers.
