Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Staff for Special Programs Budget Support to provide budget analysis and decision support for DoD and FMZ leadership.

You will consolidate data, monitor execution, and craft communications to ensure regulatory compliance and effective funding decisions. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a relevant degree, and 5+ years of DoD budget experience, plus strong MS Office skills and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field; four additional years of financial management, accounting, budget and/or audit experience can be used in lieu of degree.
• Five or more years’ experience with Department of War Budgets, including four or more years of acquisition and project management experience of similar size and complexity contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide special program budget support, including CFO Compliance and AFO.
• Monitor portfolio execution and provide recommendations to resolve funding issues and protect DAF TOA.
• Prepare and deliver verbal and written communications to FMZ leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with OSW and FMB to ensure FMZ data accuracy in budget systems.
